These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website www.drivevip.fr as well as the booking of private chauffeur-driven transport services offered by Drive VIP.
Any use of the Website or booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use define:
• the conditions of access to the website,
• the booking procedures,
• the rules governing use of the service,
• the rights and obligations of the parties,
• the limitations of liability.
3. Definitions
Client: any person booking or using a service.
Service: private chauffeur-driven transport (transfers, hourly hire, customised journeys).
Booking: confirmed order of a transport service.
Website: online platform providing access and booking functionality.
4. Access to the service and booking
The service is accessible to persons aged at least 18 years.
Bookings may be made:
• online via the website,
• by telephone,
• by email,
• by any other method approved by Drive VIP.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been validated or explicit approval has been granted by the carrier.
The Client must provide accurate information. Any error may result in improper performance of the service without liability on the part of Drive VIP.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are indicated before booking confirmation.
Payments are processed by secure providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or equivalent).
Drive VIP does not store any banking data.
6. Performance of the service
The driver will arrive at the place and time indicated at the time of booking.
A reasonable waiting time is included. Beyond this, additional charges may apply.
The Client must be present at the pickup point. In the event of prolonged absence, the service may be considered as performed.
7. Luggage and conduct
The Client is responsible for their personal belongings.
Transport may be refused in the event of:
• dangerous or disrespectful behaviour,
• advanced intoxication,
• transport of prohibited or dangerous items,
• exceeding the vehicle’s capacity.
8. Cancellation, refund and modifications
The following conditions apply to cancellations and modifications:
- Cancellations: The Client must contact Drive VIP by telephone or email to cancel a booking. Refunds are calculated according to the departure time:
- More than 24 hours before the departure time → full refund
- Between 24 hours and 5 hours before the departure time → 50% of the amount paid
- Less than 5 hours before the departure time → no refund possible
- Modifications: The Client must contact Drive VIP by telephone or email to discuss any modification. The price and schedule will be adjusted in agreement with Drive VIP. No time limit is imposed for modifying a booking, but modifications must be agreed before the service is performed.
9. Liability
Drive VIP undertakes to provide the service with diligence and professionalism.
However, it shall not be held liable in the event of:
• delay beyond its control (traffic, accident, weather, etc.),
• force majeure,
• incorrect information provided by the Client,
• technical failure independent of the service.
Financial liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned.
10. Force majeure
Neither party may be held liable in the event of an unforeseeable and irresistible event preventing the performance of the service.
11. Intellectual property
All website content is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or unauthorised use is prohibited.
